On our way from Clarksdale, Mississippi, Chester Pink and I stopped in New Orleans, Louisiana to visit one of his friends. Here too we stopped for two days. It was my first time in New Orleans. It was hot. If you've read my story you'll understand that the heat kept me indoors for most of the time. The only way I was able to explore the Bywater Neighborhood was either early in the morning or late in the evening. During the days I kept up with work that I had left unfinished in the real world. Here I'm trying to explain the difference between those who are of service for others vs. those who are of service for self. Meaning, there are those who are of service because it adds to the ego. Whereas, in my opinion, it is important to be of service for others because of the selfless nature of it. One must do not to receive acknowledgement and reward but because it is an act of giving to another without attachment to get anything in return.
